AN 8 WEEK ONLINE JOURNEY IN COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATION, PERSONAL WORK, SPIRITUAL INTEGRATION

The Witness

& The Spiral

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there.
When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase each other doesn't make any sense.

— RUMI

WHAT THIS COURSE IS

The Witness & The Spiral is an 8 week cohort-based experiential journey designed to move beneath the surface — not through talk alone, but through direct, embodied encounter with what you carry. The gift of community to alleviate the burden. Clinical wisdom woven with spiritual depth into lived and embodied practice.

This course is an opportunity to dive into specialized teachings, practices, and traditions that are transformational for personal growth and the integration of your work. All within a curated container of human beings who are here to do the same.

I have been on a life long journey of recovery, spiritual integration, and blooming into a whole human being. I was raised by two practitioners and coaches, and was taught a multitude of spiritual practices and philosophies from a very young age. I also lived through childhood trauma, developmental trauma, and some significantly fucked up shit. I found my refuge in drugs, alcohol, and the craving of something more out of life, some illusion that no matter how hard I chased I could never fully attain. For years I thought I abandoned practice to seek a cessation of suffering through experiences and materialism, yet it all came crashing down on me in rock bottom after rock bottom.  I overdosed and attempted suicide mulitiple times, racked up significant consumer debt, couldn’t hold a job, was living in my car, and had lost all will to endure. Through grace and a stroke of hope I was connected to therapy, treatment, recovery, and picked up my practices once more.

Seven years ago I committed  to a life of healing, growth, recovery, and embodiment; finding my path to be equally impacted by spiritual practices and clinical interventions. I have spent years studying, practicing, and training in schools and modalities that have given me what I was searching for all those years in my suffering: inner peace. Contentment no matter life's circumstances, the ability to truly ‘be with’ myself, Hope, purpose, and passion. And I have found that through deep diving into the roots of my suffering, daily practice, and learning new ways of being, I am able to move through the world without the restlessness and emptiness I felt for so long. Service has been a huge part of my journey, to my younger self, to the community, to fellow humans recovering from life’s shit, to the world. So naturally, I chose to become a therapist.

I have been synthesizing my personal journey, seeking education, training, and certification in the modalities, teachings, and practices that have truly saved my life. And one day while living in a new city, feeling burnt out from work, and seeking reconnection to my creativity, a stroke of inspiration hit. I was on the phone talking about the journey and these two concepts of the Witness and the Spiral came through clearly as the foundational principles of the work. Since then I have been carefully curating this course, weaving in aspects of the work that feel so important to me. This is truly unique, a one of a kind offering that has been marinating for a lifetime!

The Witness is the part of you that has always been watching — steady, unhurried, unafraid.

The Spiral is the map of your journey: non-linear, ever-expanding, always returning, always growing.
