About Mark

Mark Noonan, LSW, MSW, is a Licensed Social Worker with extensive experience in the fields of mental health and wellness. His expertise includes developmental and shock trauma, attachment and relational wounding, addiction recovery, and anxiety. Mark is trained in Psychodrama, EMDR, and Brainspotting, with Somatics, Mindfulness, and Parts Work deeply informing his approach to healing.

Grounded in the belief that every person carries the innate capacity to recover, Mark helps clients move beyond symptom management to address the underlying causes and conditions that give rise to pain, disconnection, and limiting beliefs. His work supports individuals in reclaiming wholeness and the freedom to live with greater authenticity, vitality, and presence.

Mark’s inspiration for working in the healing arts comes from his own lived experience of recovering from trauma, early childhood wounds, and substance and process addictions. Having walked through his own “dark nights of the soul,” he brings a rare blend of empathy, steadiness, and depth to his work—meeting clients where they are and guiding them through transformation with compassion and truth. His commitment to his personal healing journey continues to shape the safe, grounded, and genuine space he offers others.

Mark is licensed to practice psychotherapy in Colorado and Tennessee and provides coaching intensives and experiential workshops globally. He offers in-person and remote sessions, individual and family intensives, group workshops, and customized retreats.
